I moved to Nashville over a decade ago and now consider Nashville home. My fitness journey started in middle school through athletics. Fast forward a few years, the gym had become my happy place: the place that made me feel most at home, confident, and creative. Years later and many workouts later, I decided to follow my passion and make the jump to full-time personal training. A few other passions of mine are traveling, cooking, and cocktail creating!
